Maize experimental multi-environment data sets (Genomes to Fields Initiative)

This data are used as toy data for several functions of learnMET package.
Soil data for 22 environments of the maize MET dataset.

Format

data.frame object with 3 columns.

  1. year: numeric Year label of the environment

  2. location: character Name of the location

  3. SandProp: Sand composition (%)

  4. ClayProp: Clay composition (%)

  5. SiltProp: Silt composition (%)

  6. OM: Percentage of organic matter (%)
